I couldn't log into Yahoo mail, so I sent off a note to their customer support. I know my login credentials. They recognize my userID but not my password. To reset it I'm asked a "challenge question".
What is your anniversary?
What? Of when I found an apartment? Job? (I tried my birthday and that didn't work either.)
Erg.
I then tried to login to Hotjobs, as that required my Yahoo account information in order to login.
Yep - that one worked.
And - I'm able to access my email by going through Hotjobs.
GO big company.
Whatever.
I need a computer at home. This is killing me.
