Why is Magner's almost like drinking apple juice?
Thank god I finally got some. No, not nooky, cider. There is none in Long Island unless you head into a beer distributor. Unreal.
Well, tomorrow is Tuesday. One more day of "work", one less day of finding or figuring myself out. Plusses and minuses. I have a kitchen table (chairs are in LI). Mountain bike is here (the one I've only ridden on hills). I'm short a couple thousand BTUs (or I need a curtain for my living room). I have mud on my face (as in a mask), and 1 of my 2 tomato plants has been repotted. (The other one doesn't appear to be suffering from scoliosis yet.)
Oh, and my jalapenos (sale purchase at kmart) also moved pots. I love that my home depot pots look like they cost more. Vanity? Not really, just pleased they were affordable.
I need to hit the lotto. Or take a nice long vacation. Course, if i had lotto bucks in my pocket, the need for a vacation would be a moot point. Or, using one of my favorite fast typos, mute point. Guess cat had my tongue then. /eyeroll.
Is it just me, or does the need for 6.5 ounce mini wines seem like an odd thing? I mean, a glass and a half of wine is, um, ... not enough? Unless you're at church I'm not thinking that's going to cut very much clout. Alright, being a bit extreme, but page 48 of Real Simple cracked me up. "Solution: Perfect for dinners for two"
Problem number one: assumption is a loved one.
I'm besotted (a word I'll return to shortly) by the love of conversation, ideally with a bit of go between. In our IKEA-fied world, it's nice to see a bump or two. And things that don't match. (Who decides the color palate each season? I know there's consensus, since my yellow napkins from this year will work with cutlery and paper plates .... until next year.)
The pairing of two for dinner to me lends my noodle to the traditional meaning of a couple. I live for my girls, but wouldn't mind a kiss from a boy. Even if it requires wine.
Copious amounts of wine...Smiling because my need to spell check via dictionary.com provided the following definition for besotted
To muddle or stupefy, as with alcholic liquor or infatuation
I was leaning towards the lovey dovey smitten variety, but this seems more appropriate.
Snort.
