Video games are becoming more explicit. So now kids 13 and under (who would have most likely been allowed to rent/buy a game with a "T" rating) can also hear the term "fluffer" used in conversation.
By far the highlight of reading the print version in the wsjarticle is the accompanying pic:
Bobbie-Sue, the 'trailer-trash sitster' in 'Bug Mutha Truckers' who is wearing daisy dukes and has, ahem, rather pronounced curves.
