What the hell?

to which I said:
the thought of MSDB connection class being of illegitimate birth makes
me
giggle. Spurious as a word choice goes right up there with the aperiodic
facecious utterances of pleasantries exchanged between a seemingly
infinite quantity of compartments ... we call cubicles.

sigh.

funny bunch here.

and i'd forgotten how nice it is to sleep soundly. even on a full mug
o'coffee after dinner last night I slept like a rock. but i definitely
need a new mattress sooner than later. and to remember to keep umbrellas
at work. i bought yet another cheapo version across the street yesterday
when I realized how cold the rain was. WHERE is June?

My brother kindly reminded me that I have not been posting to my blog.
This is a result of having way too many things to do after work last
week. This last weekend I was the date of dear friend for a beautiful
wedding up somewhere near West Point. Fun, fun, fun. But as someone
noted, a roomful of derivatives traders makes for some of the most
awkward dancers ever.

The day after Pat, Susan, (both of whom moved west Tuesday!), E and I
drove to StormKing - one of my new favorite places. It was drizzling and
we were outside, but definitely worth a trip back when the weather is
nicer.

Yesteraday I had chocolate. Weeks of dieting, and the minute my boss
tosses a Toblerone my way I cave. Oops. Sadly the sugar high didn't last
as long as I needed it to. (I had slept something ridiculous like two
hours the night before due to a ridiculous situation with
teaching.Note:I will NOT be teaching ever again within that
program.)

Alright. Tons to due, and plenty of solitude since a) I have ONE meeting
today (yipee) and almost everyone on my floor is in training for an
application I'll never use.

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii everyone!
(not that my readership extends beyond, say, one person who is related
to me by blood:)
